To develop their skill for employment by providing government skims and policies as well as inculcate in them the spirit of learning, the spirit of social and cultural responsibilities, the spirit of brotherhood and fraternity so that they can stand at par with their counterparts from urban places and be developed holistically into the nation’s worthy citizens”.
